Arshi SS: My life, an unsolved mystery Chapter 19

Khushi says with a smile "Priya you know, after a long time, I felt my baby move within me. I felt my baby's movement. I am so happy and am feeling as if I am being born again in the form of my child. I still remember when I told Rohan about our child, he was so excited that he bought toys and photographs of babies and decorated the whole room. We had decided names as well for our baby. We were so happy. Today I feel that my life is nothing but a mystery that cannot be solved."

Tears of happiness keep falling from her eyes. Khushi says "This child is my life Priya. My everything. I love my child and Rohan."

Arnav hears this and it hurts him to see the pain of Khushi and thinks "If she drinks the glass of milk, her child will die and if this happens, she too will not be able to live. I cannot take two lives. I cannot do this. I need to stop her from drinking the milk. I need to stop her right now."

Khushi puts down the phone and looks at the glass of milk.

She takes it in her hand and is about to drink when Arnav takes the glass from her hand and throws the glass thus breaking it.

Gauri enters the room on hearing the glass break along with the maids and all are shocked to see Arnav's reaction.

Arnav says "I had seen a lizard in the kitchen when I went there and so I think that the milk is also infected. And so I threw the glass..."

Gauri and Khushi look at each other and Gauri feels happy to know that Arnav is caring for Khushi's safety. Khushi looks down as it gives us a relief that Arnav is thinking about her.

Arnav then stars feeling for Khushi and stops picking up Sonia's calls as well.

Sonia comes to Arnav's house the next day and asks Arnav about the pills.

Arnav says "I did not give her the pills as I cannot take 2 people's life for the sake of my happiness. I cannot kill anyone and be so selfish like you."

Sonia says "What? I am selfish? Look at me Arnav. You love me right? How suddenly you are feeling bad for that (abusive word)?"

Arnav looks at her angrily after he hears Sonia abusing Khushi and says "Enough Sonia. You do not call her any names. She is not at fault. Our luck was bad but we cannot kill anyone for this."

Sonia says "You mean to say that you are going to accept that child? You want me to become a mother of that Khushi's child?" She again starts abusing Khushi.

Arnav raises her hand but does not slap Sonia. Sonia looks at Arnav's hand and says "You want to slap me? You want to slap me Arnav? You don't love me. How can you do this Arnav. You don't love me. You love Khushi right? Say it Arnav."

She starts shaking Arnav's hand asking for the answer.

Arnav answers furiously "Yes. I love her. I love .... Khushi."

Sonia's eyes widen after hearing this. She says "You love her. You never loved me?"

Arnav says "This is not love Sonia. This is not love. Love is not so selfish. Today, I was going to kill someone and my parents have never taught me this. Love is sacrificing, loving the person unconditionally, giving the person everything and making the person happy which Khushi is doing right now. That girl did not ask me for everything. She took all the pain, all the suffering, all the harsh words and never uttered a word. She kept crying but never said anything. She even agreed to leave me forever for our child's sake."

Sonia says "Just stop it Arnav. You cannot love her. You always loved me and I love you."

Arnav says "You only have an obsession towards me which is not love Sonia and may be there was something lacking in our love that we could not understand each other. May be our journey was till here only but now I cannot continue with this relationship. I cannot hurt Khushi anymore. She needs me. I need to go to her."

Arnav leaves and enters his room while Sonia leaves the house.

Arnav looks at Khushi sleeping and caresses her head and says "I have done so much wrong to you Khushi but not anymore. Not anymore. I will accept our child and give you all the happiness you deserve. I cannot hurt you anymore. I love you. I will give you the right of a wife and never let anything to harm you. I am sorry Khushi. I am so Sorry."

Tears fall from his eyes while talking and he spends the whole night looking at Khushi's innocent face and her eyes closed.

Khushi gets up in the morning and is surprised to see Arnav besides her sitting on the chair and his hand on her forehead.

She slowly removes his hand and he wakes up immediately.

Khushi says "Sorry for waking you up."

Arnav says "Good morning. No need to say sorry. How are you feeling now?"

Khushi feels it weird that Arnav is asking her about her health and at the same time feels happy to see his concern.

She says "I am feeling better now. Thanks for your concern."

Precap: Sonia hires a criminal to kill Khushi...

Arnav goes and prepared breakfast for her and serves her the same.

Khushi feels very happy to know that Arnav is behaving like Rohan but at the same time feels like he is only feeling sorry for her state and this he is only doing in the name of humanity.

Khushi tells him "Arnav, there is no need to do all this. I can take care of myself. I don't know why you are doing this, but if you feel that I was hurt because of the DNA test, you do not need to feel bad about it. I have forgotten about it and have no hard feelings for you."

Arnav smiles and says "I know that you cannot think bad about anyone. I am sorry for my behavior till now. I don't know how could I be so rude to you these days. You were not at fault at all but it was my mistake that I could not see the truth in your eyes. Please forgive me. I don't remember the past yet but I will try my best to make this relationship successful and give you the respect and rights."
