Arnav said "Just stop this nonsense and all these crocodile tears. Get up and face the truth. You have just ruined my life and today also the party got spoiled only because of you. You were leaving the house that day then why did you come here? Why dint you just go? I don't want to see your face anymore. Just go and leave me alone."
Khushi got up and said "If that's what you want Arnav, fine. I also don't want to bear more and this relationship has become a burden for me too. If you left your family, I also left my family and it was not my mistake that I got pregnant. You were responsible equally but I took the pain and my family had to face the insults of society. I tried my best to save this relationship but I guess I failed, I failed completely as to you I am nobody and whatever I do or say, you will only believe what you want. So fine Mr. Arnav Raizada. I will not show you my face again as you hate it right? I will leave right now. I hope that I never have to see you again and bring more problems in your life."
Arnav sat down and Khushi packed her bags and left.
Khushi left from there and booked a cab. She tried calling Priya but Priya was out of town and her number was unreachable. Gauri called up Khushi at 1:00 a.m. and she said in a low voice "I am leaving Mom" and she put down the phone.
Khushi got down at the temple to pray to God and spend some time in the mandir. She took blessings of Bappa and said "I tried my best to save my relationship Bappa but failed completely. May be this was the end of our journey and we were not meant to be together. I have done many mistakes in my life Bappa and don't know how to repent for them. Only you can help me."
Khushi stayed there till 1:30 a.m. and the priest came and told her to come inside as he is going to close the gates of the temple and asked her to stay in the ashram. She did not want to again become a burden for someone and left the place taking her bags with her.
Khushi's phone shut down due to low battery and she could not even call anyone and ask for a place to stay. She thought of spending the night on the beach as that was the only place according to her where she could stay in peace and she loved spending time there. She sat on a rock and looked at the waves thinking that her life was like those waves who want to reach the ocean but are still so much away from it. It started pouring heavily and Khushi sat under a small shed on the beach next to a restaurant.
Khushi did not realize how time passed by and it was morning. People started coming to the beach and she was happy to see the happiness of their face, children playing with each other, building castles, others eating food from the stalls, and chatting and chirping all around. It kept pouring a lot and people were enjoying the rain but they did not realize that things would get worse in sometime. There was a high tide and the waves of the sea were reaching the restaurant where Khushi was sitting. Water in few moments was all over the beach and had destroyed all the stalls and people started running to save themselves from getting drowned. Khushi did not where to go and left from the place to protect herself. Her bag was left on the beach itself.
Khushi noticed a pregnant woman lying on the beach and she was almost drown in the water. The woman was unable to get up and she kept calling out for help but there was nobody who could help her as people were busy trying to save themselves.
Khushi rushed up to the woman and tried to pick her up. The woman kept crying continuously and pointed to a body that was lying on the sand.
"My husband...My husband is there...Please help him..." The woman pleaded.
"First I need to help you else you'll get drowned..." Khushi said.
"No please help my husband first...He is not getting up and I can't reach him...Please see if he is fine or not..."
"Please first you need to get up from here...I promise that I'll help your husband as well." Khushi picked up the woman and made her sit on a rock while she went to check her husband. Khushi noticed that his body was cold and his heart beat as well had stopped.
Khushi did not understand how to tell the woman that her husband is no more. That woman was not in a condition to hear this news. She was about to approach the woman when a ward boy came and started picking the man's body on a stretcher. The woman watched her husband lying lifeless on the stretcher as she too was put on a stretcher and rushed to the hospital in the ambulance.
"Prem...Prem get up. Our baby is going to come in this world...You need to see our baby...You can't leave us Prem...Please wake up." The woman kept holding her husband's hand and asking him to wake up until she lost consciousness.
After an hour, the doctor informed Kalpana that the child is safe but the mother has lost a lot of blood due to the premature delivery and she knew about this issue. She knew that if she gives birth to the child, she would not be able to survive.
