Rashmi came with food to the house and noticed Arnav resting on the sofa and Khushi sitting on the floor in the bedroom. She entered the house and woke up Arnav. Arnav greeted Rashmi good morning and went outside the house. She tried to ask him to eat food but he did not respond. Rashmi went inside and asked Khushi to eat food but she kept her head on Rashmi's shoulder and started crying. She was not able to speak and was too weak to even get up and Rashmi helped Khushi to rest on the bed, kept the plate next to her and went outside to talk to Arnav.
Arnav was standing in the balcony and looking at the traffic when Rashmi called his name from behind. He turned towards her and she said "Arnav, I know that you and Khushi had an argument yesterday and being a stranger, I have no right to tell you anything as this is your personal matter but once try to understand Khushi's POV as well."
Arnav turned the other side and said "Aunty, I am sorry but I don't want to talk about this matter now."
Rashmi said "I know that you need some time but only one thing I would like to tell you. Khushi is just 20 years and her parents too have disowned her. She only has you today and she loves you the most in this world. I hope you got what I mean else I have nothing to say more."
Arnav wiped his tears and went inside the house. He saw Khushi lying on the bed and went near her. She was asleep and the food plate was near her. He went to ask her to eat food when he noticed her hands on her stomach and remembered their child and stopped himself. He was not able to forgive her for what she had done.

Priya says "Arnav, it was a tough decision for Khushi but she took it for your baby. She did not do anything to hurt you but she did it for the child's security. There is a difference between that day and today and that day she was all alone where you were almost going to lose your life on one hand and on the other hand, her father was sick and her mother told her that she was dead for her. She felt almost like a living corpse and when she was talking to me, she had totally lost all hope of giving her child a good life. She did not want that her child should go through the same life as she has gone through."
Arnav starts repenting for his words and behavior towards Khushi and says "I only was not able to understand her. She wanted to explain me the reason but I kept telling her that it was only her mistake and kept hating her. I actually was not ready to accept the death of my child and so kept cursing her for that. I forgot that how much I loved my child, she loved it more as she was the mother. She had so many dreams for our baby but at that time, we could not give the happiness and comfort to our baby and maybe she was right in taking that decision. Today when I have realized this, she is not there with me. I hope she is safe, I just hope." Arnav covers his face with his hands and starts crying.
They hear a voice from behind and Arnav notices Kasturi and Rajeev rushing towards them. Arnav gets up to face them and Kasturi slaps him hard saying "What did you do to my daughter? Where is she?"
Kasturi holds Arnav's collar and shakes him to get an answer and says "What happened Arnav? You and your family promised us that Khushi would be taken good care of and now what happened?"
Arnav joins his hands before Kasturi and asks for an apology but she does not accept it and pushes him away.
Kasturi turns towards Vikram and says in a composed tone "Where is my daughter Mr. Vikram Raizada? She left your house and you dint even realize this? When you had come to my house, you had made big promises that you would take care of my daughter and treat her as your own but what happened?"
Kasturi breaks down and sits on the stairs of the temple and hits her chest saying "It's all my mistake. Why did I allow my child to go to the Raizada house that day? She told me that she did not want to go there but I forced her. I was so rude to her and never could express my love for her. My child must be hating me for this. Khushi, where are you beta? Please forgive me for whatever I told you and please come back." Vikram tries to console her and says "Don't worry Kasturi. Khushi is a fighter and she will surely be safe. We have to trust God."
Sunaina sits near Kasturi and Vikram and says "Mom, dad, Khushi was in the temple yesterday night and she left from here. But I feel that she must have spent the night in some place nearby as it was pouring the entire night. Arnav, maybe she went to the house where you both were staying. We should check there as well."
All of them leave to go to the rented house where Arnav and Khushi used to live while Gauri and Vikram go with the Police inspector and try searching in the rest of the city for Khushi.
