The doctor says "Arnav, I can understand your feeling right now but the operation is too complicated and if we save the child then Khushi may not survive and if we save Khushi, the child will die. It is only possible to save one life. Please make your decision fast as we have very less time left and Khushi is bleeding a lot."

Arnav does not know what he should answer and turns and says "Doctor please save my Khushi."

Arnav signs the consent form and the doctor leaves.

Arnav says in his mind "I do not whether I did right or wrong and whether Khushi will forgive me for this but for me Khushi is everything and I cannot live without her."

Vikram calls the police and the police start their investigation.

After few hours the doctor comes out and tells the Raizada family that Khushi is safe.

Arnav thanks the doctor and Gauri and Vikram wipe their tears and ask the doctor if they all can meet Khushi.

Gauri then asks the doctor if the baby is safe to which the doctor replies "I am sorry but we could not save the baby."

Gauri breaks down and Arnav does not know how to console his mom.

Vikram tells Arnav that he will look after Gauri and with the doctor's permission, Arnav visit Khushi who is still unconscious.

Arnav looks and Khushi and caresses her forehead asking for forgiveness.

After 5 hours, Khushi gains consciousness but is unable to speak.

She asks Arnav about the baby holding her womb and Arnav tells her that everything is fine and that she needs to rest.

The night passes by and Arnav stays besides Khushi.

In the morning, Vikram comes and says "Arnav, the police said that the maid had told Khushi to meet you in the store room. Did you call her there?"

Arnav says "I did not tell anything to the maid but I guess the maid mistook someone else as me and passed on the message to Khushi."

Vikram says "Who was that person then? And why does someone want to harm Khushi? She does not even know many people from Mumbai."

Arnav does not have any answer.

Arnav sits besides Khushi thinking of his father's words that 'Khushi does not know anyone from Mumbai and still someone wants to harm her.'

Arnav suddenly remembers Sonia who said before that 'Khushi will have to soon pay for all the pain I have got by you leaving me' and tells Gauri to take care of Khushi and says that he will come back soon.

Arnav drives the car to Sonia's residence and approaches her room where he overhears Sonia conversation "What? You mean to say that Khushi did not die? I told you to to kill her and gave you so much money and still you did not do your job well. Now just go underground before the police traces you."

Arnav enters the room and Sonia turns behind and gets a start to see Arnav there.

Arnav says "I knew it Sonia. You are responsible for my wife's accident."

Sonia says "Wife? Which wife? Oh, do you mean that orphan?" And she starts laughing.

She says "So. I heard that you so-called wife has been stabbed and is fighting for her life in the hospital and the child died. Tch tch..... I felt so bad hearing this. All her dreams got shattered. Very unfortunate know..." And she laughs again.

Arnav catches Sonia and slaps her hard.

Arnav says "How could you do this to her? How dare you plan this? Why did you do this?"

Sonia hugs Arnav and whispers in his ear saying "Because I love you."

Arnav pushes Sonia and says "Love. Do you even know the meaning of love? You are just a selfish woman and only know how to manipulate people for your benefit."

Sonia smiles and says "Don't get angry Arnav. It's bad for your health. You need to calm down."

Arnav says "Just shut up Sonia. After doing so much, you still do not have any shame and are not sorry for your deeds. I will not leave you for what you have done and will see to it that you get punished for this. I will just now go to the police station and tell them about your crime."

Sonia says "Arnav, you have no proof against me. The police will not believe you at all."

Arnav gets a call and he picks up the phone. He hears the call and says "Thanks dad" and then cuts off the phone.

Arnav smiles and says "I do not need any proof Sonia. The person who you appointed to kill Khushi has already been identified by the police with the help of the CCTV footage in our mansion. They will soon reach him."

Saying this, Arnav leaves the house and drives off to the police station.

Sonia calls up the man named Kailash whom she had appointed to murder Khushi and says "The police have already identified you. You leave before they catch you."

Arnav gets a call from Gauri who tells him that Khushi's condition is becoming worse as she has come to know about the baby's death.

Gauri asks Arnav to come to the hospital before Khushi harms herself.

Arnav immediately changes the direction of the car and rushes to the hospital instead of the police station.

Khushi is crying loudly as she has lost her child and when Arnav enters the room, Khushi gets off the bed to rush towards Arnav and falls down.

Arnav calls out for the doctors and Khushi catches Arnav's shirt and says "Arnav, please tell me our baby is safe.

Nothing happened to our baby na. Why everyone is saying that our child died? Please tell me Arnav, please." Tears keep dripping from her eyes as she looks at him with a hope.

The doctor comes in and the nurse takes Khushi to the bed and Gauri holds Khushi's hand trying to console her.

The doctor gives her an injection and Khushi falls asleep.
