Sonia tells another story to the police.

She says "It was my plan along with Arnav. We both wanted Khushi out of our way and we were about to get married. He wanted to divorce Khushi but she was not ready to leave him and so we planned out this murder. He had tried before as well to kill her and the child with the help of abortion tablets but he failed. If you do not believe me, then check Kailash's bank statement. Arnav paid him via his bank account and met him as well on the same day to brief him about the plan."

She shows the police a photograph where Arnav met Kailash outside the temple.

Flashback:

Sonia was planning how to kill Khushi and get rid of her and the child as well.

She knew how to forge Arnav's signature and also his bank account details.

She gave a bribe to the bank manager and told him to say that Arnav had himself come and deposited the cheque in Kailash's account.

Sonia kept watch on Arnav and Khushi for two months and noted each and every movement of theirs and she was waiting for a correct opportunity to kill Khushi.

On the day of the Godh Bharai, Sonia noticed Arnav and Khushi leaving for the temple.

She informed Kailash about this and told Kailash to meet Arnav as a stranger and ask him for an address.

When Kailash approached Arnav, she took a photograph of the two so that she can have a proof that Arnav too was involved in the plan in case that she is caught by the police.

The police arrest Arnav on verifying the bank details and after the statement of Sonia.

Khushi asks the nurse to take her to bring her child's body as she wants to see her child's face for one last time.

The nurse disagrees at first but then after Khushi pleads, she agrees.

The nurse brings the baby's body rapped in a white cloth and hands it over to Khushi. Khushi took the child in her arms and looked at the pale face of the baby. The nurse said that it was a boy. Khushi looked at the nurse with tears in her eyes and said "Thanks. Thanks a lot for doing this. God bless you." The nurse smiled and went away.

Gauri gets a call from Vikram who informs her about Arnav and tells her that he has been arrested due to Sonia's false statement against him.

Khushi looked at the baby's face for a long time and caressed the face and took the small hands and touched its fingers which had no life in them.

She said in her mind "Baby, you resemble Arnav. Your nose, eyes and lips are like Arnav. You look like an angel of God. Your fingers are so soft and I can see the smile on your face even though you cannot hear me and see me but I can feel you. I know you want to come back to life. Your listening to me na baby?"

Khushi's tears fall on the baby's face and she gently wipes off the tears.

Khushi kisses the baby's forehead and fingers and removes the cloth from the baby's body gently and sees that the stomach is with bandages and she sees that and get a shock and starts crying loudly.

She suddenly realizes that the baby is dead and the body was not formed completely and all this time she was only touching its corpse.

Gauri enters Khushi's room to tell her about Arnav's arrest but looks at her state and rushes towards her.

She calls the nurse and the nurse takes the baby away and Gauri keeps Khushi's head on her shoulder and tries to console her.

She thinks "If now I tell Khushi about Arnav, she will be hurt even more. I cannot tell her anything right now."

Vikram visits Arnav in the police station and asks him about everything.

Arnav says "Dad, I cannot understand anything. The police are saying that they have evidence against me and are not even ready to tell me anything about Sonia's statement. Sonia is lying that I have planned my wife's murder but you know I cannot ever thing about Khushi. Now Khushi needs me the most and I am not besides her. Dad, how is she? Please tell me."

Vikram says "Gauri is with Khushi and is taking good care of her. She has not told her about your arrest till now."

Arnav says "Please don't tell her. She is very weak now and she has not come out off our child's death. I want to come out asap so that I can be with her. Please dad, do something fast." Vikram says "Don't worry Arnav. I am there and will not let anything to happen to you and Khushi as well."

Khushi wakes up the next day and asks Gauri about Arnav.

Gauri says "Arnav had come early in the morning and had to leave as there is some issue in the office and so Vikram needed Arnav to attend an important meeting. I told him not to go but this boy."

Khushi interrupts Gauri and says "No mom. Work is first and then family. Let Arnav attend the meeting but tell him to come at least once today as I want to see him." Gauri says "Sure Khushi."

Gauri thinks in her mind "I am sorry Khushi. I had to lie for the first time in my life but I cannot tell you the truth now. I hope you forgive me for this."

A day passes by and Vikram applied for Arnav's bail.

The police suddenly get a call and rush to the cell where Kailash is there.

Kailash's body was found hanging with a rope around his neck and connected to the ceiling slot which appeared like Kailash committed suicide.

The cell had no other criminal and so the police did not know whom to interrogate about this incident and so took his body to the hospital for postmortem.

The police also found a note in the pocket of Kailash which was his suicide note.

The suicide note read "I am forced to take this step. I cannot live such a helpless life and the person who is responsible for this is only Mr. Arnav Raizada. I was forced to tell that Sonia mam was involved in the plan but it was Arnav sir who gave me all the instructions and explained me the plan. He paid me and Sonia mam is not involved in this. Arnav sir told me that if I take his name, he will kill my family. He is very rich and powerful and I do not want my family to suffer because of my deeds. I know I have done wrong and am punishing myself for this crime."

A police constable who was the real culprit behind this murder of Kailash was scared if the other police officers check the marks on Kailash's neck and so accompanied the body to this hospital.

Sonia's father Rajeev Kapoor bribed the doctor's to prove Kailash's murder as suicide and the postmortem result proved that it was a suicide and the police had now got this suicide note which was a strong proof against Arnav.
