Priya helped Khushi to walk to Arnav's room and she sat beside him looking at him and asking for forgiveness as she did not inform him before taking such an important decision.
Arnav was asleep and Khushi remained beside him looking at him sleeping peacefully and she prayed that their life should remain the same from now on and they will face the problems together bravely.
The next morning, Arnav woke up and saw Khushi resting on the edge of the bed.
The nurse came in and was about to wake her up when Arnav stopped her with his hands and told her to keep silent as Khushi had been by his side the entire night.
After 2 hours, Khushi woke up and noticed Arnav struggling to eat the food in his plate and she looked at the watch and noticed it was 1:00 p.m.
Khushi asked Arnav as to why did not wake her up before to which he said "You were sleeping like an angel. How could I wake you up then? I know that you have been here and sleeping in this inconvenient position for so many hours and your eyes also look so tired. Are you fine?"
Khushi said "Yes, I am fine Arnav and now wait, I will feed you." Khushi took one morsel of rice and fed Arnav with it.
Arnav said "This food is so plain and without any taste but when you feed me with this, it automatically becomes so tasty."
Khushi laughed and said "Now stop flirting Arnav. This is the hospital."
Arnav winked at her saying "Now if such a beautiful girl is in front of me, how can I control myself."
Khushi started laughing even more and then her stomach started aching but she could not reveal it in front of Arnav and went to the washroom.
Khushi stood in front of the washbasin and caught her stomach with pain and tears were rolling down her cheek due to the pain. She looked at herself and saw her reflection in the mirror which had many questions "Why don't you tell Arnav about the abortion? Are you scared of his health or of his reaction when he gets to know the truth? Will he be able to understand you and support your decision? You have never hidden anything from him till date and told him everything but today why are getting scared? Tell him the truth."
Khushi came out of the washroom and noticed that Arnav was trying to get off the bed and was about to fall to the ground. Khushi ran to help him and called the nurse for support.
The nurse came in and both managed to make Arnav rest on the bed and Khushi scolded Arnav for this to which he replied saying "I saw the discomfort on your face and felt you were feeling sick. What happened Khushi? Are you fine? Why are you crying? Is your stomach paining?"
Khushi looked at him with a surprise because Arnav understood her feelings without her telling him anything. She said "I am fine Arnav. I was feeling a bit sick due to the hospital smell as I am not used to this and always feel like puking due to this. I want you to be fine soon and don't want you to hurt yourself by getting up. Now still you are not fine enough to walk and if you try doing this when I am not there, you will be hurting me more Arnav."
Arnav touched her face and wiped off the tears saying "I am sorry Khushi if I hurt you. But you know that I cannot see you in pain. I will try my best to get well and we will both be happy with our little one at home and then I will take care of you."
Khushi felt bad that she needed to hide the truth from Arnav for some more time till he gets well. She knew if she told him now then his health will deteriorate and it will be tough for him to digest this news and recover.
Rashmi and Prakash (the rented house owners) visited Arnav in the hospital and asked about his health.
Rashmi considered Khushi as her own daughter and Khushi used to share everything with her and whenever Arnav used to come late home, she used to spend time with Rashmi who used to make Maharastrian dishes for her like Missal pav and Poha and made Khushi comfortable as she used to always remember Kasturi and miss her parents a lot but due to Rashmi, she used to get the homely feeling.
Prakash too was like a dad to both Arnav and Khushi and he used to tell him that whenever he can afford the rent, he should pay him as he was aware of all the financial problems they were facing.
After two weeks, Arnav started recovering faster and he got discharged from the hospital. Priay and Rashmi helped Khushi is setting up the house and making Arnav feel comfortable at home since it had been a long time he spent in the hospital.
