Arshi SS: Mistakes in Love Chapter 5a

On reaching the beach, Arnav parks his car outside the beach and notices that the place is destroyed due to heavy floods.

He notices three ambulances taking bodies in the van.

His heart keeps pumping up and down thinking "What if Khushi came here? What if anything happened to her? What if something has happened to her? No, nothing can happen to here and I just pray that she has not come here earlier."

The shops are broken down, vehicles are destroyed and as Arnav walks on the sand, he notices many bottles, slippers and other belongings of people and controls his tears which tell him that Khushi must have not come here and she is safe.

He goes further and notices a white bag which looks similar to the bag of Khushi. He remembers the day he saw the bag in Khushi's hand and that was the first day, Khushi had entered his house.

Flashback starts....

2 years 9 months back

Arnav was waiting impatiently for Khushi that day.

It was his birthday and hers too and he made sure that the he looks perfect and so chose a white and grey suit after trying about 20 suits earlier, he put on the most expensive watch and checked the time almost 100 times as the time he had informed Khushi was 9:00 p.m. and now it was just 7:00 p.m., he sprayed Axe perfume all over his suit remembering the ad where girls get attracted to the boy who sprays this perfume on his suit and wished that Khushi too gets attracted to him.

He checked if his socks are proper and polishes his shoes himself else earlier, he used to make the maids do this work.

He ordered another cake for Khushi and instructed the people who were supposed to throw flowers on the guests as they enter the Raizada house to take special care when Khushi entered the house and to play music making her feel that she is the most important guest of the party.

He had made some special preparations for her on the terrace as well.
