It was 6:00 p.m. when Vikram entered the waiting room and said "Ok so I have time to talk to you Mr. Rajeev Gupta. Is that your name?"
Rajeev replied with a yes.
Vikram said while sitting down on the sofa near Gauri and buttoning his coat "I am not good at remembering names as I meet too many people in a day and so this is your daughter Khushi? She is pretty and Arnav's favorite and that's the reason we are meeting here."
Rajeev felt offended by Vikram's words but kept his cool.
Vikram said "So, let's start our meeting. I have to leave for another meeting in 20 minutes so let's begin. You Mr. Rajeev are a business man or an employee?"
Rajeev replied "I am a Government Employee and work for BSNL."
Vikram said "Oh! So I guess your salary must not be more than 10-15 thousand right? Anyways, that does not matter as we don't believe in any dowry and if our children get married, I mean IF, then you daughter would come to our house and stay and would enjoy a royal life."
Rajeev said "Mr. Raizada, my daughter has always lived a royal life and I have never deprived her of anything and given her the best things I could afford. May be I could not buy her diamonds or buy a bungalow and car for her but as a father, I have given her the best."
